The admissions form asks for your name, contact details, address, preferred course, study duration, schedule and optional sponsor or guardian information. Please do not submit identity documents, bank card information or sensitive personal details through this form.

Why we use it

We use submitted information to review training enquiries, contact applicants, answer questions and communicate admissions arrangements. Submitting the form does not guarantee admission.

How applications are delivered

The form uses the third-party service FormSubmit to forward application details to sweetchoice2020@gmail.com. The information is therefore processed by that service and the receiving email provider. Do not submit until the form has been activated and tested.

Access, corrections and enquiries

To request access to, correction of or deletion of application information, contact sweetchoice2020@gmail.com or WhatsApp +234 815 813 4600. Requests will be reviewed in line with applicable obligations.

Storage and retention

Applicant emails may remain in the school's email account and the form provider's systems. A formal retention period and deletion procedure must be established before public launch. We recommend limiting access to authorised admissions staff.
